Is Sweep Certificates' comparison of We Sweep accurate?
Three points on it need correcting. The £1.95 booking fee is refunded in full when the business cancels — it is kept only when the customer cancels. If a customer disputes a card payment after part or all of it has been refunded, the business is never charged again for the part already refunded; we answer the dispute with evidence of the refund (Terms of Service 6.10.5(c)). And the three-photo limit applies only to photos a customer adds when booking — technicians add up to five before and five after photos on every job. Prices and features change on both sides, so check each site before deciding.
