Nothing per month. We Sweep is free to join with no setup fees — we take a 2% fee on each booking, however the customer pays: collected automatically on card payments, invoiced monthly on cash and bank-transfer jobs. Unlimited technicians and unlimited certificates are included.
Do I need my own website to use We Sweep?
The booking widget embeds on your existing website so customers can book and pay there directly. You can also create bookings manually from the admin panel — for phone enquiries, for example.
Does We Sweep work with Google Calendar?
Yes. Each technician can connect their own Google Calendar. Availability shown to customers accounts for working hours, existing jobs and calendar events, so double-bookings can't happen.
Can my customers see their certificates online?
Yes. Every customer gets access to an online portal — via a secure email link, no password needed — where they can view certificates and job photos and manage their bookings.
