What about a property with more than one flue?
Each flue gets its own certificate. A three-chimney booking produces three certificates — each labelled for its flue — all filed against the one job and all included in the single 2% booking fee. The insurer asking about one specific flue gets a certificate for that flue.
Can I use my own inspection report instead?
Yes. If you produce reports in your own format, you can upload the PDF against the job and it's delivered and stored exactly like a generated certificate.
