Coming to the US — 2027 season
No monthly fee. No feature tiers. Chimney sweep software that earns when you do.
We Sweep runs booking, payment, routing, reminders and job documentation for chimney sweep businesses in the UK — built side-by-side with working sweeps. We're bringing it to the US for the 2027 season, and we're looking for founding sweeps to shape it. $0/month. 2% per booking, however your customer pays. Everything included.
Everything included. Nothing behind a tier.
Customers book themselves
A booking widget on your website or Facebook page. Customers pick the service and the day — no phone tag, no double entry.
Get paid your way
Take card payment when the booking is made, through your own Stripe account — or let customers settle on the day. Unpaid jobs are chased automatically, so there's no invoice-chasing either way.
Jobs placed by real drive time
Every job is slotted into your day using actual driving time between addresses — not a free-for-all time picker that zig-zags you across the county.
Confirmations and reminders
Automatic booking confirmations, 24-hour reminders, and Google Calendar sync. The annual re-sweep reminder cycle is included — not an upgrade.
Your day, mapped
Each tech gets their day's route mapped and ordered. One tap for directions to the next job.
Photos and reports customers keep
Before/after photos and job reports live in a customer portal. The US version is being built around NFPA 211-style Level 1/2/3 inspection reports.
Pricing that matches a seasonal trade
A chimney business earns most of its money in about four months. Software that charges $150–$300 every month — and puts online booking, automated reminders or the annual service cycle behind its higher tiers — is priced for someone else's business. We Sweep charges a $250 job about $5, and a snowed-out February exactly nothing.
Where this is up to — the honest version
We Sweep is live in the UK today: real sweeps taking real bookings, payments and job photos through it every week. It is not yet live in the US, and we won't pretend otherwise.
The US version is a proper build, not a currency swap — full street-address drive-time routing, sales-tax-ready checkout, NFPA 211-style Level 1/2/3 inspection reports, and payments through your own US Stripe account. Founding waitlist sweeps get direct input into that build and first access when it opens.

Frequently asked questions
When does We Sweep launch in the US?
We're building the US version with founding sweeps now, aiming at the 2027 sweeping season. Waitlist members hear from us first and get direct input into what we build.
What will it cost?
Same model as the UK: $0/month, no tiers, no per-user fees, unlimited techs. The fee is 2% per booking, however the customer pays — a cash job still got the booking, the routing, the reminders and the report, so it pays the same 2% as a card job (Stripe's standard processing applies on top for card payments). A quiet month costs you $0.
I'm on Housecall Pro or Jobber — why switch?
You may not need to — if a flat monthly fee works for your volume, it can be the cheaper option and we'll tell you so. We Sweep is for sweeps who are tired of the features they actually need — online booking, automated reminders, the annual service cycle — sitting behind $150–$300/month tiers, and of paying all year for a business that earns for four months.
Is this real software or just an idea?
It's live in the UK today — real sweeps take real bookings and payments through it. The US version needs genuine changes (full street-address routing, sales-tax-ready checkout, NFPA 211-style inspection reports), which is exactly what we're building with founding US sweeps.
